There's a major problem with online learning today. While it has come a long way over the last few years, everything we've seen out there falls just a little bit short and often a little bit flat.
Inventium’s online Customer-Driven Innovation program is designed differently, and through educating participants on our 30 scientifically proven innovation tools, we turn people into confident, effective innovators. We do this through multi-format (audio, visual, text) and multi-platform (online, mobile, pen-and-paper) because we recognise that people have different learning preferences and in today’s day, must gain comfort in consuming information from multiple sources. Led by Inventium’s Founder Dr Amantha Imber, our Customer-Driven Innovation online training program is designed for anyone, anywhere, at any time.
We designed our course this way because we know that people engage in innovation activities in all sorts of places - and rarely at their desk and rarely at a specific time. As such, our program is designed to be flexible and self paced, so participants can engage when they have the headspace, on the platform that’s right for them. Once you start, you'll have up to 60 days to complete this course, which should be plenty of time.
The program contains 10 mini-assignments, which ensure participants gain hands-on experience using the tools as they complete the program, as opposed to just learning passively. The mini-assignments are all personally marked by an Inventium Customer-Driven Innovation program expert and feedback is given to participants.
Finally, to ensure we leave no questions unanswered, participants will have access to weekly “office hours” chats - one hour time blocks where people can log on to our chat portal and ask any questions they have about the tools and their application and engage in lively discussions in real time.
Dr Amantha Imber is an innovation psychologist, best-selling author, and founder of innovation consultancy Inventium.
